How to Read This Page
WickAI may use third-party service providers to host infrastructure, deliver messaging and email workflows, and support optional AI features. This page lists categories of subprocessors and what they may process.
Subprocessor Categories
- Infrastructure and Hosting: Cloud infrastructure providers used to host application services, data stores, and networking components. (Service uptime, storage, and compute operations)
- Email Delivery: SMTP or transactional email providers used for invitations, password reset flows, and lead notifications. (Operational and support communication delivery)
- Messaging Integrations: WhatsApp-related providers selected by customer configuration or product integration settings. (Inbound/outbound message transport and metadata handling)
- AI Processing: AI service providers used for transcription, summarization, and task extraction when enabled. (Voice note and message processing features)
- CRM Forwarding (Optional): Customer-enabled CRM destinations (for example, webhook destinations or HubSpot Forms) for lead routing. (Public form lead delivery and attribution forwarding)
Current Subprocessor Register (Operational)
- Meta (WhatsApp Cloud API): Inbound/outbound WhatsApp message transport (Phone identifiers, message payloads, delivery metadata; Required for WhatsApp channel features)
- OpenAI (optional provider mode): Voice transcription and task extraction (Voice notes, transcripts, extraction prompts/outputs; Optional (provider-configured))
- SMTP Email Provider (customer-selected): Invites, password reset, and notification delivery (Email address, notification content metadata; Optional (customer/environment configured))
- HubSpot Forms (optional): Public lead capture forwarding (Contact form fields and attribution metadata; Optional (customer/environment configured))
- Webhook CRM Destination (optional): Public lead routing to customer CRM endpoint (Contact form payload and attribution metadata; Optional (customer/environment configured))
Customer-Configured Providers
Some providers are chosen directly by customer environment configuration, including SMTP providers, CRM integrations, and certain messaging setups. Your organization is responsible for validating these providers against internal policies.

WickAI may update subprocessors as the platform evolves. Material changes should be reflected on this page with an updated date and communicated through normal customer channels where required.
